The hotel food and drinks tasted great. I liked the secure location. Staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly. They have a good gym. It had everything I needed for my workouts. I would recommend this hotel to others.
The room was small. I think it needs updates. Aircon did not work correctly. The temperature was set at 19 'C.

Acceptable, but with issues

good restaurant fooddisrespectful staff behavior
The restaurant food was GOOD.
The front desk staff ignored me initially at checkout while attending to other guests. This felt disrespectful and changed my perception of the hotel.

amazing roomsprofessional staff
The staff was very cute and professional. Mr Imtiaz, Mr Soum, Ms. Laxmi, and Mr Sandeep were very really good in their work. I am so grateful!!! The cleaning services were also amazing.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Especially Mr Som Dutt at the restaurant were really good too assist me. My room was immaculate. It was super clean. I had a friendly and professional interaction from check-in until checkout.
The breakfast variety seemed less than I hoped. I expected more variety of cut fruits. It was somewhat limited. I was also charged late checkout fees, even though I'm a Neu Pass member. I didn't think that should happen.
